Our dough is proofed for a minimum of 24 hours, shaped by hand and fired fast in a wood-fired oven — topped with San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte mozzarella and quality Italian ingredients for the soft cornicione, light centre and leopard-spotted crust that define true Neapolitan pizza.
